Terms and Conditions

1. The University has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially. (ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ ሙሉ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።) 2. Bidders are required to provide CPO or a bank guarantee of 2,000,000 birr in person. (ተጫራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያውን 2,000,000 ብር ሲፒኦ ወይም የባንክ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡) 3. Bidders must submit their Private Key number before to the bid opening date. (አቅራቢዎች የጨረታ መለያ ቁጥራቸውን ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን ቀድመው መላክ አለባችው።) 4. It establishes a turnkey, end-to-end delivery model, ensuring that all systems are fully operational, integrated, and aligned with international standards and DTU’s operational requirements. the bidder will be responsible for the entire project from start to finish. Therefore, the competing organizations should study the existing infrastructure of the university and submit the project.
