1ኛ. ተጫራቾች እቃውን ካሸነፉ ውል በመያዝ ወሎ ኒቨርስቲ ዋና ግቢ ድረስ ማምጣት አለባቸው ፡፡ 2ኛ. ዩኒቨርስቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ 3ኛ. ተጫራቾች የሰነድ መግዥያ ( participation fee 300) birr በቴሌ ብር መክፈል አለባቸው ፡፡ 4ኛ. ተጫራቾች የጫረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ጫረታ ከመከፈቱ 1 ሰዓት በፊት ኦርጅናሉን 150,000 ብር በአካል ማምጣት አለባቸው፡፡ 5ኛ. Private key ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ 1 ሰዓት ቀደመም ብሎ መላክ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
