The following ITB/RFP Tenders are being tendered through this notification during the above period:

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified audit firms to conduct a Certificate on the Financial Statements (CFS) for its European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations (DG ECHO) funded project implemented from April 2025 to July 2026.

Scope of Assignment: The selected audit firm will conduct a Certificate on the Financial Statements (CFS) engagement in accordance with the European Commission's Terms of Reference and the Grant Agreement. The purpose of the assignment is to assess whether the costs (and, where applicable, revenues) declared under the grant comply with the eligibility conditions set out in the Grant Agreement. The engagement shall be performed as an Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUP) engagement and does not constitute a statutory audit or an assurance engagement. The engagement shall be conducted in accordance with International Standard on Related Services (ISRS) 4400 (Revised) - Agreed-Upon Procedures Engagements; International Code of Ethics for Professional Accountants (IESBA Code), including independence requirements; and International Standards on Quality Management/Quality Control (or equivalent).
