Ethiopian Agricultural Transformation Institute Would Like To Notify Amendment of Bid Submission and Opening Dates.

Addendum No. 1-Extension of bid submission and opening dates

This letter serves as an official addendum to the Bidding Document for Procurement of Supply and delivery of beekeeping equipment and accessories for five model apiaries in Tigray and for beneficiaries in Afar Region, NPC No: ATA-NCB-G-2025-0069.

To provide prospective bidders with sufficient time to prepare responsive bids, we hereby extend the bid submission and bid opening date as follow:

General Provisions

• The time and venue for bid submission and opening shall remain unchanged.
• This Addendum shall form an integral part of the Bidding Document and shall prevail over any other terms and conditions set forth in the original bidding document.
• All other terms, conditions, and requirements of the original bidding document remain unchanged and in full force.
• Bidders are expected to adjust bid submission and opening date accordingly to meet these new requirements.
