Procurement of External Audit Services

The Ethiopian National Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities (ENAPPD), a registered Ethiopian Civil Society Organization, invites eligible and licensed external audit firms to submit sealed technical and financial proposals for the provision of external audit services for the fiscal year ending 2018 EC. 

The assignment includes ENAPPD's organizational financial statements and the audit of our donors, in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), including ISA 800 and ISA 805, applicable Ethiopian laws, and donor audit requirements.

Interested audit firms shall submit:

• Valid External Audit License issued by the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).
• Valid TIN Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable).
• Company Profile and evidence of at least five (5) years' experience auditing NGOs and donor-funded projects.
• Technical Proposal, including audit methodology, work plan and proposed audit team.
• Financial Proposal in a separate sealed envelope, and References for similar assignments.
• Interested firms shall submit their sealed proposals within seven (5) working days
