INVITATION TO BID EDP - ICB-001/2026

The Ethiopian Red Cross Society - Essential Drug program (ERCS- EDP) invites all interested pharmaceuticals manufacturers to submit quotation for the supply of pharmaceuticals products listed on the schedule of requirements.

Interested eligible bidders or their local agent may collect complete set of bidding documents against a non-refundable payment of ETB 300 (Three hundred birr) from ERCS - EDP office, Operations Division first floor, located behind ERCS Training Institute at Saris Adey Ababa, during office hours starting from July 6, 2026.
Sealed envelopes marked Bid No. EDP - ICB - 001/ 2026 should be deposited in the tender box at Essential Drug Program or send by courier before July 24, 2026 2:00 PM (8:00 local time).

Bids shall be valid for a period of 120 days after the bid opening. Bid security of 1% of total amount quoted is required. Bid will be opened on July 24th, 2026 2:30 PM (8:30 local time) in the presence of bidders or their representatives.

Ethiopian Red Cross society -Essential Drugs program reserves the right to accept or reject all bids at any time prior to contract award.
