- Terms and Conditions: ኦርጅናል ሲ.ፒ.ኦ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ አንድ ቀን በፊት ኮምቦልቻ ግቢ ግዥ ቢሮ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል፡፡ ተጫራቹ በውሉ መሠረት በመጠን እና በጥራት ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ ዩኒቨርስቲ የሚያቀርባቸው ማቴሪያሎች ወንበር፤ ጠረጴዛ ፤የሻይ ማሽን ፤ መብራት፤ ውሀ ነው፡፡የቤት ኪራይ በወር 8000 (ስምንት ሽህ ብር )መክፈል የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡በተጨማሪ ውሀ በማይኖርበት ሰአት አሸናፊው ድርጅት የሚጠጣ ንጹህ ውሃ ለተጠቃሚዎች ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ዩኒቨርስቲው ለቢሮ አገልግሎትና ለሌሎች አገልግሎት የሚጠየቅ መስተንግዶ በውለታው መሰረት ማቅረብ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡የአካባቢ ንጽህና እና ሳኒቴሽን ባግባቡ መጠበቅ የሚችል መሆን አለበት፡፡ከዩኒቨርስቲው የተረከቡትን ንብረት እና የመስሪያ ህንጻ በአግባቡ መያዠ አለባቸው፡፡ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብት አለው ተጫራቾች አገልግሎቱን ለማቅረብ ኮምቦልቻ፤ደሴ እና አካባቢ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ጨረታው በሚከፈትበት ሰአት ተጫራቶች ከሲስተሙ ያገኙትን የራሳቸውን የጨረታ “Private Key” በወቅቱ መላክ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
