Bidder has to submit VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii)
Valid business license

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);
Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures Partnerships agreement
  In the case of a bid submitted by a Partnerships, Consortium or Joint Ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES the Bidder has to submit the Form Data on Joint Ventures, the Agreement governing the formation of joint venture, or letter of intent to form partnerships, consortium, or joint ventures PARTNERSHIPS, CONSORTIUM, OR JOINT VENTURES, including a draft agreement, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.1.
 
Valid tax clearance certificate

Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);
Conflict of interest

Bidder is found to have a conflict of interest as described in ITB Sub-Clause 4.3

  • Terms and Conditions: ማሳሰቢያ ለተጫራቾች፡- ኮሌጃችን በ2018/2019 የምርት ዘመን ሊያለማው ሰብሎች ፡- - በጨረታው አሸናፊ የሚሆኑ ተጫራቾች የክስካሶና የዘር ሥራ ኮሌጁ በሚመድበው የእርሻ ባለሙያ እየተመሩ ሥራውን መስራት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - ማንኛውም ተጫራች ለሚጫረተው የለማ መሬት የክስካሶ እና የዘር ሥራ በሁኔታ ላይ ያልተመሰረተ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና የዋስትና ሠነድ CPO ብር 320,000.00(ሶስት መቶ ሃያ ሺህ) ብቻ የባንክ ዋስትና(CPO) በአጋርፋ የግብርና ቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና ኮሌጅ ስም በማዘጋጀት ከጨረታ መክፈቻው ቀን በፊት አዲስ አበባ 22/ሃያ ሁለት/ አካባቢ ከአዲስ ሕይወት ሆስፒታል ፊትለፊት የሚገኘው አላጌ የግብርና ኮሌጅ ቅጥር ግቢ ውስጥ የሚገኘው የኮሌጃችን (አጋርፋ ግ/ቴ/ሙ/ት/ትና ሥ/ኮሌጅ) ጉዳይ አስፈጻሚ ጽ/ቤት በመቅረብ ማስረከብ ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ - የሚሰራው የእርሻ ኪራይ አገልግሎት ግዥ ስራ ክስካሶ 1000 ሄክታር እና ዘር 1000 ሄ/ር ሲሆን በሲስተሙ ላይ ሄክታር የሚል መለኪያ ስለሌለ በሜትር ስኩዌር የተቀመጠ በመሆኑ 1ሄ/ር=10,000 ሜ.ር ስኩዌር ስሌት 1000ሄ/ር=10,000,000 ሜትር ስኩዌር በመሆኑ ዋጋው መሞላት ያለበት በሲስተሙ ላይ በሚጠይቀው መለኪያ የሂሳብ ስሌት መሆን አለበት፡፡ - የጨረታው አሸናፊ ያልሆኑ ተወዳዳሪዎች ለጨረታ ዋስትና ማስከበሪያ ያስያዙት የባንክ ዋስትና(CPO) የጨረታ ውጤት ከተገለጸ 7(ሰባት) ቀን በኋላ አሸናፊ ድርጅቶች ውሉን እንደፈረሙ ተመላሽ ይደረግላቸዋል፡፡ - የጨረታው አሸናፊ የአሸነፉትን የእርሻ ሥራ የርክክብ ማጠናቀቂያ ጊዜያቸው በአጭር ጊዜ ውስጥ ሆኖ በውል ስምምነት ውስጥ የሚገለጽ ይሆናል፡፡ - ለዘር ስራ አሸናፊ ሚሆነው ድርጅት የዘር መዝሪያ ማሽን፣ትራክተር ለዘር መዝሪያ ማሽኑ እና ለዘር አልባሽ በቂ የእርሻ መሽነሪዎችን ማዘጋጀትና ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ - ለዘር ስራ አሸናፊ የሚሆነው ድርጅት ኮሌጁ ለስራው ጥሪ ሲያቀርብለት የዘር ስራውን ይጀምራል ፡፡ - ኮሌጁ የተሻለ መንገድ ከአገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ተጫራቾች ማብራሪያ ቢፈልጉ፡- - 0910296507 አቶ አሳልፍ ትርፌ ወይም -0922565819 አቶ አልይ ዑመር በመደወል ማብራሪያ መጠይቅ ይችላሉ::
