Terms and Conditions

1. Bid Security must be submitted physically before the opening date and time. Incoterm of Quotation for Foreign bidders must be FOB 2. Incoterm of Quotation for Local bidders must be DDP. Local bidders quoting in foreign currency will be automatically disqualified for those specific items. 3. The bid security amount shall be 2% of the total bid price/Quoted price; however, it shall not exceed 2,000,000.00 (Two million)Birr.
