The International Organization for Migration - UN Migration | Ethiopia office invites all eligible bidders to participate on a competitive bidding for the sale of used items.

Interested bidders are required to read the below instructions carefully.

1. Bid documents can be found on IOM Ethiopia website on the following link https://ethiopia.iom.int/procurement. Bidders are recommended to read the information provided on the bidding documents available on the stated website.

2. Interested bidders can visit the items physically during the bid duration (Monday 13th to 20th July, 2026) and only during working days and hours (Monday to Thursday (morning: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM and afternoon: 01:30 PM to 05:00 PM) and on Friday (09:00 AM to 01:00 PM)). The bid closes on Monday, 20 July 2026, at 10:00 AM. Late bids shall be rejected. Submitted bids will be opened on Monday, 20 July 2026, at 10:30 AM at the IOM Ethiopia Addis Ababa Warehouse.
