መተማመኛ ቅጽ

ማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት በጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ምትክ ማህበራቱን ካደራጃቸው የመንግስት ተቋም የሚሰጥ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማህበራቱ ሊያቀርቡ ይችላሉ፡፡ በዚህ መልኩ የሚቀርበው የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ዋስትና የተሰጠበትን የገንዘብ መጠን በመጥቀስ ማህበራቱን ባደራጃቸው መ/ቤት የበላይ ኃላፊ የተፈረመ መሆን አለበት፡፡ በተጨማሪም መተማመኛ ቅጽ በዚህ መመሪያ አባሪ 4 መሠረት ሞልተው ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡
የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ

በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት ፈቃዳቸውን ለሌላ ሦስተኛ ወገን ያላስተላለፉ፣ በጥቃቅን ወይም በአነስተኛ ብቻ ተደራጅተው የቆዩ መሆኑን እና ሌሎች መረጃዎችን የሚገልጽ የድጋፍ ደብዳቤ ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡
የመልካም ሥራ አፈፃፀም

በማምረት ሥራ ላይ የተሰማሩ አነስተኛና ጥቃቅን ማህበራት በኢትዮጵያ ፌደራላዊ ዴሞክራሲያዊ ሪፐብሊክ መንግስት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሠረት የመልካም ሥራ አፈፃፀም ማስረጃ ማቅረብ አለባቸው፡፡

Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i);

  • Terms and Conditions: ኮሚሽኑ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ዋስትና(Bid Security) ብር 40,000.00(አርባ ሺህ ብር) በሲስተም ማያያዝ እንደተጠበቀ ሆኖ የጨረታ ማስከሪያውን ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት በአካል ጉምሩክ ኮሚሽን ዋና መ/ቤት 4ኛ ፎቅ ግዥ ክፍል ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነው፡፡አሸናፊ ድርጅት ጨረታ ሰነዱ የተጠቀሱትን አጀንዳዎች በሙሉ ከማተሙ በፊት አንድ የታተመ ናሙና በማቅረብና በማሳየት ማረጋገጫ ሲሰጠው በሙሉ ያትማል:: ተወዳዳሪዎች በጨረታ ሰነዱ ከተያያዘው ዝርዝር ፍላጎት መግለጫ (Specification) በተጨማሪ ኮሚሽኑ ያዘጋጀውን ናሙና የኮሚሽኑ ዋና መ/ቤት በመቅረብ እና በማየት ስለማያታቸው በፌርማቸው ማረጋገጥ አለባቸው ፡፡ናሙናው ማየት ግዴታ ነው፡፡ናሙና ያላየ ወደ ቀጣይ ፋይናንሻል ግምገማ አያልፍም፡፡
