Right To Play (RTP) invites sealed bids from qualified printing companies for the printing, binding, and supply of 540 government-approved storybooks in Amharic and 850 Teachers' guides in both Afan Oromo and Amharic for Grades 1-4.

TENDER NOTICE

Right To Play (RTP) received funding from Liverpool Football Club Foundation and READ Foundation for the Implementation of Reading and Inclusion for Safe Education and The READing projects respectively in Debre Brihan Town Administration of the Amhara Region, Ethiopia and EQIE 2.0 project which is currently implemented in Oromia region Bishoftu and Lumee districts.

RTP invites eligible and qualified printing companies to submit sealed bids for the printing, binding, and supply of storybooks for Grades 1 to 4 children and Printing of Teachers' guide for grade 1-4 both in Afan Oromo and Amharic languages. The story books are prepared in Amharic languages whereas the teachers' guides are prepared both in Afan Oromo and Amharic which are divided into three lots to enable suppliers to quote based on their capacity and efficiency.

Right To Play Ethiopia intends to print 540 government approved storybooks in Amharic and 850 Teachers' guide for grade 1-4 both in Afan Oromo and Amharic languages and invites sealed bids from eligible, qualified, and reputable printing service providers for printing and delivery of the storybooks and teachers guide.

Bid Documents and Clarifications:

Interested bidders are required to send their request for the tender pack and clarification needed through the following email address:

Etprocurement@righttoplay.com. Bidders should submit the following documents through the email to request the tender pack:

• Printing License and above valid for 2018 E.C.
• Renewed Printing and trade license for the year 2018 E.C
• VAT Registration Certificate and Tin Number.
• TAX clearance to demonstrate eligibility to participate in any bid in 2018 E.C

The Bid will be closed at 2:00 PM on July 29,2026 and will be opened at 2:30 PM on July 29,2026 in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives at Right To Play's Country Office, Addis Ababa.

Bid Submission: Only the hard copies of Sealed Bids received at the address given below before 29th July 2026 at 2:30 PM will be opened and considered for evaluation.

Bidders or their authorized representatives are welcome  for bid opening observation. The Sealed envelope must be clearly marked with:
