CALL FOR BID
Ripple Effect International (REI) is a registered Foreign Charity in Ethiopia, established in March 2006, working toward a confident, thriving, and sustainable rural Ethiopia.
REI now invites sealed price quotations from eligible, qualified, and legally registered suppliers for the supply of the below listed materials at the bill of quantity table one.
Interested bidders may obtain the specifications by emailing Fanaye.Petros@rippleeffect.org , at +251-94-466-1509 or in person from the REI Wolaita Project office, Infront of American International Academy, during office hours.
All bidders must submit a renewed Business License, TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, and valid Tax Clearance Certificate. Price quotations must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked "QUOTATION and delivered in person to Ripple Effect International Ethiopia, SA Building, 7th Floor, Kazanchis, Menelik II Avenue, P.O. Box 19453, Addis Ababa or Wolaita Project office
The bid closing date is July 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 2:30 PM on the same date. Quotations submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. The quotation validity period shall be 30 calendar days from the date of bid opening.
REI reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and is not bound to accept the lowest quotation. REI also reserves the right to cancel the bidding process at any time without incurring any liability.
