- አሸናፊው ድርጅትያሸነፈበትን አቅርቦት ስለትክክለኝነቱ በባለሞያ አስፈትሾ ማስረከብ/ግቢድረስ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅበታል። -ዩኒቨርስቲው ጨረታውን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል መሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። -ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች የሚሞሉት ዋጋ ከነአክሰሰሪው መሆኑን አውቀው እንዲሞሉ፤፤ BID SECURITY (ጨረታ ማስከበሪያ) orginal ጨረታ ከመከፈት በፊት ለዩኒቨርሲቲው በአካል ማቅረብ አለባቸው:: በመጫን እና በማጓጓዝ ሂደት ላይ የጥራት ችግር ካለ አቅራቢው ኃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡ የጎደለወይም ከስፔስፊኬሽን (መስፈርት) ውጪ የሆኑ አቅርቦቶችን አሸናፊው በራሱ ወጪ ይመልሳል። ከላይ በተጠቀሰው ዝርዝር አቅርቦት ጨረታ አሸናፊ የማጓጓዣ ወጪውን ሸፍኖ ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ቅጥር ግቢ ድረስ ማቅረብ የሚጠበቅበት ሲሆን ተጫራቾች ይህን ከግምት ውስጥ በማስገባት እንዲወዳደሩ ይጠበቅበታል።
