Sandford International School (SIS) is seeking a qualified external auditor to conduct an audit of its financial statements for the fiscal year ending July 07, 2026, in accordance with the requirements of the Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO).

CALL FOR EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES

Sandford International School (SIS) is a non- governmental organization working to educates students to become effective world citizens who will excel in critical inquiry, creative thinking, clear communication, and commitment to others. SIS is registered at the FDRE Authority for Civil Society Organization.

SIS Ethiopia is currently seeking the External Auditor to conduct an audit service for its fiscal year ended July 07/2026 financial statements in accordance with the requirement of Agency for Civil Society Organizations (ACSO). Eligible firms which fulfil the following requirements are invited to participate in this bid and submit their proposal.

The requirements:

1. The Audit firm to provide a complete company profile.

2. Renewed license. who have legal license and experience to Provide Audit Service

3. Professional license

4. Renewed Registration Certificate from the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE).

5. Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.

6. Taxpayer registration Certificate (TIN)

7. Evidence of previous experience in providing similar service with International NGOS.

8. Maximum days required to finalize the audit work.

SCOPE OF SERVICE

1. The firm will audit the client's financial statement of the fiscal year ended July 07/2026.

2. There will be about 80/eighty/ box files of accounting documents to be audited per year.

3. The firm will audit the financial statement and the supporting documents of the concerned period as prepared by the client and will give his opinion on the fair presentation of the financial statement

4. The audit will be based in school compound/Addis Ababa, shewareged Gedle street.

5. Management letter and financial report will be the major output of the services.

6. In its proposal, the firm should provide the fee for audit service; the duration of the annual audit; date of submission of the final audit report.

7. SIS reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.

Audit firms that meet the requirements are kindly requested to submit in person their technical and financial proposals from July 20 to July 27 2026, during working hours in a sealed and stamped envelope. Bid will closed and opened on July 27/2026, at 4.00 pm.
