PRINTING TRAINING MANUALS

Organization for Women in Self-Employment (WISE) invites registered suppliers with licenses valid for the year 2017/18 ETC, VAT registration, and other proper credential documents for printing and binding training manuals.

Interested bidders can obtain Terms of Reference (TOR) and other information by paying a non- refundable fee of Birr 500.00 (Five hundred Birr) from the WISE head office located in Nefas Silk Lafto Sub-City, Woreda 08, Hakim Mamo Neighbourhood, Addis Ababa. The due date for submission of the sealed envelope for bid will be ten working days starting from July 20,2026 to July 31, 2026 and the bid will be opened on July 31, 2026, 3:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted, WISE reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Bids must be accompanied by bid guarantee of 2% of the total price in the form of C.P.O submitted separately with sealed envelope. WISE reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to cancel the bidding process in full or in part without incurring any liability.
