The World Health Organization, Ethiopia (hereinafter referred to as WHO) is seeks a reputable Supplier(s) and/or Bidder(s) with proven track record of relevant experience to provide the subject services.

Therefore, with this procurement notice, all legally established Suppliers/Bidders are kindly invited to submit bid proposals.

Accordingly, through this procurement notice, all legally established and qualified suppliers/bidders are invited to submit their proposals.

Interested suppliers/bidders for the captioned service may obtain the detailed RFP solicitation document by sending a request to AFWCOETTENDERS@who.int , with a copy (CC) to the Procurement Team at afwcoetprocurementteam@who.int , clearly indicating the RFP reference number ETH/PROC/RFP/005/2026 in the subject line of the email.

Both the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal shall be submitted by email no later than 03 August 2026 at 3:30 PM (GMT+3) to AFWCOETTENDERS@who.int . Proposals received after the deadline may not be considered.

Interested Bidders Proposals must be expressed in English and shall be valid for a minimum period of 90 days from the Deadline for Bid Submission. Proposals that are received by WHO after the deadline shall not be considered for evaluation.
