The Organization for Social Service, Health, and Development (OSSHD) invites eligible bidders for the supply and installation of 7 sets of Solar Systems (5 KW Solar Panels, 5 KW Batteries, and 2100 watt Inverters with accessories).

FOR THE OSSHD TIGRAY BRANCH OFFICE CCCM PROJECT ACTIVITY

Organization for Social Service, Health, and Development (OSSHD) is a non-profit, civil society organization dedicated to delivering comprehensive health and social services. Its areas of focus include HIV prevention and treatment, sexual and reproductive health (SRH), immunization programs, social protection initiatives, resettlement support for internally displaced persons (IDPs), and advocacy for peace.

OSSHD invites all interested eligible bidders to participate in the bid for the supply of Solar System

1. Bidders must submit their bid documents by specifying type, made, origins of the items they bid for by clearly writing in ink.

2. The Offer must be accompanied by a bid bond amounting to 2% of the offer in the form of bank guarantee or CPO.

3. The bidders should have renewed trade license, VAT, TIN certificates, recently issued tax clearance from concerned authority.

4. The bid documents should be filled in ink and should be readable. Anything erased, vague or unreadable are subject to rejection.

5. The bid will be closed on July 28, 2026 at 10:00am and opened on the same date at 10:30am in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives who interested to attend.

6. OSSHD reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
