Procurement of Industrial Safety Materials
Procurement Reference Number: DBSC/ICB-009-2026
1. Dashen Breweries SC invites eligible bidders to participate in the supply of Industrial Safety Materials as specified in this bidding document.
2. Bidders shall possess a valid Trade License. TIN Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, current Tax Clearance Certificate, and relevant experience in supplying industrial safety materials.
3. Bidders shall submit one original bid in a sealed envelope together with a Bid Security of ETB 300,000 (Three Hundred Thousand Birr) in the form of a CPO or an unconditional Bank Guarantee.
4. A complete set of the bidding documents may be obtained during working hours from the Procurement Department upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000 (One Thousand Birr).
5. Bid submissions must be delivered to the address below on or before August 4, 2026, at Morning 10:00 AM. Late bids will be rejected.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend on August 4, 2026, at Morning 10:30 AM at the address below.
7. Bids shall remain valid for 90 calendar days from the bid opening date.
8. Dashen Breweries SC reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, without assigning any reason.
