The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is a Swiss- based foundation launched at the UN in 2002 to tackle the human suffering caused by malnutrition. Working with both governments and private organizations, we aim to transform food systems so that they deliver more nutritious food for all people, especially those most vulnerable to malnutrition.

The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) would like to invite qualified and experienced firms experience in documenting development programs, including project documentation, case studies, success stories, learning reports, or knowledge management products.

1. Qualified and experienced firms to submit proposals for recruit a consultant for social protection (School milk) pilot project documentation.

2. Qualified and experienced firms experience in documenting development programs, including project documentation, studies, SUCCESS stories, learning reports, or knowledge management products. 3. Bid Validity, the bid price shall remain valid for 90 days from the date of submission.

4. Submission Format, Bidders must submit Technical and Financial Proposals in separate sealed envelopes. The financial proposal must be submitted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) only.

5. Bid Submission Deadline, completed proposals should be inserted in the available box at the GAIN office before August 07th, 2026, Central European Time on 17:00 PM. Proposals submitted after this time will not be considered.

6. Disqualification Clause: - Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated in the RFP will result in automatic disqualification of the bid.

7. Right to Accept/Reject: The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, either partially or in full.
