The submitted value shall be accepted only if it is verified with supporting evidence by external auditors and revenue agency. No evaluation points will be given without the original direct auditor’s report or authenticated auditor’s report document and evidence from revenue.

For Local Contractor: - As a Contractor, Subcontractor and Joint Venture at least One Building construction Project within the last Ten (10) years (2015-2025) GC, with a value of at least ETB 600 million that have been successfully and substantially completed (75 % completed) or two similar building projects with value of each not less than ETB 300 million that have been successfully and substantially completed (75 % Completed).Supporting evidence letter for satisfactory performance from the employer, which clearly mention the project amount, commencement date, project duration, completion date, timely performance and quality performance are mandatory and must be attached. In addition, the bidder shall present contract agreement (form of agreement) and recent payment certificates. |

Notice:
- Terms and Conditions: Any bidder must submit the original bid document to the Sodo University Procurement Office No. 24, Wolaita, one day before the bid opening date. - The University reserves the right to reject the bid in whole or in part if it finds a better alternative. - Any bidder is required to attach clear and legible original documents. If the submitted document is illegible or unclear, it will be disqualified. - Any bidder must attach a tax clearance certificate from the same business license for which it is bidding or, if it does not provide a tax clearance certificate, it will be required to provide evidence from the relevant authority that tax clearance is not required. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. - Any bidder must enter or send the opening secret number within 30 /thirty/ minutes of the bid closing. If a bidder fails to do so, the bid document will remain unopened and only the bids sent will be processed and evaluated.
