5 Star Hotel Service for Addis Ababa  If the office gets best option, it has the right to cancel bid fully or partially መስሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው።  ማንኛዉም ተጫራች ጨረታዉ ከመዘጋቱ በፊት CPO (የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ) በአካል ማምጣት አለበት፣ በዚህ ጨረታ ላይ መወዳደር ያለበት ባለ 5 ኮከብ ሆቴል ነዉ፡፡  መስሪያ ቤታችን አብዛኛዉን ጊዜ የስልጠና አገልግሎት ስለሚሰጥ ከአንድ /1/ ሳምንት እስከ ሶስት /3/ ሳምንት ድረስ ደረጃዉን የጠበቀ ምንም ኮለን የሌለበት ከ150 እስከ 250 ሰዉ መያዝ የሚችል ሶስት አዳራሽ ማቅረብ ግዴታ ነዉ፡፡  ከ95-120 መያዝ የሚችል የመኪና ማቆሚያ /ፓርኪንግ/ ያለዉ  ይኸንን ጨረታ አሸናፊ የሆነዉ ሆቴል ለአንድ አመት ዉል ለመያዝ ፈቃደኛ የሆነ መሆን አለበት፡፡
