መሰሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጫራታ ማስከበሪያ ወይም ሲፒኦ መሰሪያ ቤቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡ ተጫራቾች የጫራታ ማስከበሪያ ወይም ሲፒኦ ጨራታው ከመዘጋቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ማምጣት ይኖርባቸዋል፡፡ በተጨማሪም የጫራታ ማስከበሪያ ወይም ሲፒኦ ሲዘጋጅ በመሰሪያ ቤቱ ስም ጦርኃይሎች ኮምፐኽረሲቭ ሰፔሻላይዝድ ሆስፒታል መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ NB:-አመታዊ ውል ማሰር የሚችል እና የዋጋ ማሻሻያ በግዥ ህግ መሰረት የሚፈፀም ይሆናል፡፡
