የጨረታ አሸናፊ አቅርቦቱን በመጫንና በማጓጓዝ ሄደት ላይ ለሚፈጠር ችግር ሃላፊነቱን ይወስዳል፡፡ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፍል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ -የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል:: የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ያላቀረበ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል በተጨማሪም ከማህበራት ማደራጃ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ያልተጠቀሰ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲስተም ላይ አታች ያላደረገ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡
