TENDER NOTICE

Afar Pastoralist Development Association (APDA) in cooperation with Ethiopian Humanitarian Fund/EHF wants to invite all interested and eligible bidders to supply dignity kits under project entitled: Establishing community driven protection and recovery for vulnerable, displaced people, particularly females in Magaale, Afar Region.

A complete tender document in English is available at the Head office in Samara. Interested and eligible bidders can purchase it upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 200.00 ETB (Two Hundred Birr only) in cash and upon submission of a written application letter together with copies of the following legal documents:-

1. Companies holding a valid business license for trade of sanitary and personal hygiene products or other related businesses.

2. The bidder shall have a valid and renewed Commercial and Business License for the year 2018 E.C./2026 G.C.

3. Valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.

4. Valid VAT Registration Certificate (15%).

5. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the year 2017 E.C.

6. Bid Security: A 2% CPO or Bank Guarantee of the total bid amount shall be submitted as bid security.

The bid document can be collected from the Head office in Samara, Afar Region. The bidders should submit their proposals within 14 consecutive days starting from the announcement date of this bid 15/08/2026 at 8:00 AM in the Morning. The bid closing date will then be 28/08/2026 at 4:30 PM in the afternoon and the opening will be on the 28/08/2026 at 5:00 PM in the afternoon Samara head office, Afar Region.

The bid proposal must be accompanied by a 2% of bid bond in the form of C.P.O or bank guarantee and originals and copies of the above-mentioned legal documents.

The bid shall be sealed and vividly marked. The bid document should be inserted in the bid box placed at Samara, APDA head office.

Bidders are requested to fulfill all the necessary conditions clearly indicated in the bid documents!

Afar Pastoralist Development Association reserves the right to fully or partially cancel the bid.
