1. Organizational Profile
Team and Team international is an NGO registered under Authority for Civil Society Organizations in Ethiopia & currently working in Central Ethiopia Region Silte Zone Mito Woreda.
The organization's main objective is to improve access to safe drinking water and sanitation services for communities affected by water shortages and waterborne diseases, particularly in underserved and remote areas. To support this objective, Team & Team International intends to procure personal hygiene and sanitation kit materials from qualified and competent suppliers or manufacturers.
2. Description of the Procurement
Team & Team International invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed financial quotations for the supply of the following personal hygiene and sanitation kit materials.

Interested suppliers must ensure that all offered products comply with the above specifications, quality requirements, and sample requirements.
3. Required Documents: All suppliers must submit the following documents together with their financial quotations:
- Renewed Trade License for the current fiscal year.
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) Certificate.
- Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate, where applicable.
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Company profile and relevant experience in supplying similar goods.
- Product samples for all offered items.
- Detailed financial quotation indicating unit prices and total prices, inclusive of VAT.
- Delivery lead time and proposed delivery arrangements.
4. Evaluation and Purchase Conditions: Quotations will be assessed against the required specifications, price competitiveness, product quality, supplier eligibility, delivery capacity, and other criteria established under T&TI's procurement procedures and applicable requirements. T&TI may request clarification or supporting information where necessary.
This invitation is for unit price collection only and does not guarantee a purchase order or contract award. The final quantities, if there are any, will be determined by T&TI based on confirmed requirements, available budget, evaluation results, and required approvals. Any purchase will be made through the appropriate purchase order or contract.
5. Delivery and Quantity: The selected supplier, if any, will be required to deliver the quantities specified in the purchase order to the Team & Team International (T&TI) office located in Sheger City, Anfo Bridge, near Alembank, Ashewa Meda Road, within the agreed delivery period. Goods must be new, unused, properly packaged, and compliant with the agreed specifications. Delivery and acceptance conditions will be confirmed in the purchase order or contract.
6. Bidder Instructions: Interested and qualified suppliers are invited to submit their sealed financial quotations, relevant legal documents, and product samples in person to the Team & Team International Office. located in Sheger City, Anfo Bridge, near Alembank, Ashewa Meda Road,
1. Submission Deadline: November 13th, 2026, at 4:00 PM (EAT), at the Team & Team International Office, located in the vicinity of Alembank Anfo area, near Anfo Bridge. For directions, please call +251 925743722 / 913743863.
2. Bid Opening: November 14th , 2026, at 10:30 AM at the Team & Team International Office in Addis Ababa. Representatives of participating suppliers may attend the opening session upon prior request.
3. Late submissions, incomplete documents, and quotations without the supplier's authorized signature and official stamp will not be considered and will be automatically rejected.
4. Team & Team International reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
