The Institute has the right to cancel the bid fully or partially if deemed necessary. Furthermore, the delivery place of the items should be at Haramaya University Main campus and failing to comply with the agreement shall make the supplier to be cancelled out from the supplier registration list as per the FPPA's rule and regulation. The Sample should be delivered either at Haramaya University Main Campus or Haramaya University Liaison office Addis Ababa.
