Preliminary Eligibility Requirements

Interested suppliers shall provide the following documents as part of their eligibility requirements:

1. Valid and renewed business/trade license
2. Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and applicable tax registration certificate.
3. Tax Clearance Certificate valid for tender submission
4. Evidence of previous POS supply experience, such as purchase orders, contracts, completion certificates, or client references, where applicable.
