- Terms and Conditions: 1. ተጫራቾች ከጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ Bid Security Declaration (The amount of Bid Security Declaration 100,000.00 Birr) በኢንስቲትዩቱ ግዥ ክፍል ማስረከብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ 2. ተጫራቾች በጨረታው መክፈቻ ቀን የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፋቸውን በሲስተሙ መላክ አለባቸው፡፡ 3. የሰርቪስ አገልግሎት፡- የጨረታው አሸናፊ ሆቴል እንግዶች ወደ ሆቴሉ በአየር ትራንስፖርት ስመጡት እና ከሆቴሉ ወደመጡበት ስመለሱ ከጅማ አየር ማሪፊያ ወደ ሆቴሉ እና ከሆቴሉ ወደ ጅማ አየር ማሪፊያ እንዲሁም በየብስ ትራንስፖርት ወደ ሆቴሉ ስመጡ እና ከሆቴሉ ወደመጡበት ስመለሱ ከጅማ አውቶብስ መነኃሪያ እና ከሆቴሉ ወደ ጅማ አውቶብስ መነኃሪያ የሰርቪስ አገልግሎት መስጠት አለበት፡፡ 4. ኢንስቲትዩቱ የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን ሙሉ በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብት አለው::
