ማሳሰቢያ፡- 1ኛ.ተጫራቾች ኦሪጂናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአካል ግዥ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ካላቀረቡ ግን ከውድድር ውጪ ይደረጋሉ። 2ኛ. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው። 3ኛ.ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ዉል በገባዉ መሰረት ግዴታዉን ዩንቨርሲቲው በፈለገበት ግዜ ባዘዘው ልክ ማስገባት አለበት። 4ኛ. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፍት ከተቋሙ ጋር በገቡት ውሎች ላይ የአፈጻጸም ችግር የለለባቸው መሆን መቻል አለባቸው። 5ኛ. ተጫራቾች private key share ማድረግ ያለባቸው በሲስተሙ ብቻ ነው። ለዩንቨርሲቲው አገልግሎት የሚፈለጉ ከ2018እ.አ.አ ወዲህ ገበያ ላይ የዋሉ ሙሉ በሙሉ ትራፊክ ደህንነታቸውና የቴክኒክ ምርመራ የተደረገላቸው ጌጃቸው በትክክል የሚሰራና በሊትር ቢያንስ ከ 5 ኪ.ሜ በላይ መጓዝ የሚችል በናፍጣ የሚሰራ ህጋዊ ከሆነ አካል ሰርቲፊኬት ያላቸው የባለቤትነት ማረጋገጫ ወይም ሊብሬ የግል ማቅረብ የሚችል ወይም ህጋዊ ውክልና ያለው እንዲሁም ሾፌር ቀጥሮ ደመወዝ በመክፈል አገልግሎት የሚሰጥና ረዳት ያለው
