• valid tax clearance certificate Bidder has to submit a valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii);  Reference: ITB 35.2
• valid business license Bidder has to submit valid business license indicating the stream of business in which the bidder is engaged in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i); Reference: ITB 35.2

ማሳሰቢያ፡- 1ኛ.ተጫራቾች ኦሪጂናል የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ (CPO) ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ በፊት በአካል ግዥ ሥራ አስፈጻሚ ማቅረብ አለባቸው ካላቀረቡ ግን ከውድድር ውጪ ይደረጋሉ፡፡ 2ኛ. ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 3ኛ.ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ዉል በገባዉ መሰረት ግዴታዉን ዩንቨርሲቲው በፈለገበት ግዜ ባዘዘው ልክ ማስገባት አለበት፡፡ 4ኛ. ተጫራቾች ከዚህ በፍት ከተቋሙ ጋር በገቡት ውሎች ላይ የአፈጻጸም ችግር የለለባቸው መሆን መቻል አለባቸው፡፡ 5ኛ. ተጫራቾች private key share ማድረግ ያለባቸው በሲስተሙ ብቻ ነው 6ኛ.ጨረታውን ያሸነፈ ተጫራች ያሸነፈበትን ዕቃዎች ዩንቨርሲቲው ግምጃ ቤት ድረስ የማምጣት ግዴታ አለበት ፡፡
