Scope & Objective

Tulu Kapi Gold Mine (TKGM) invites eligible premium suppliers for the supply, delivery, and warranty support of enterprise-grade server infrastructure. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) covers two separate procurement packages:

Part 1: Hyper-V Virtualization Host Server (VM Server) ------------------- Qty 1pcs
Part 2: All-Flash Network-Attached Storage (NAS) Unit for slow-tier data retention ---------- Qty 1Pcs

Suppliers are permitted to quote for either Part 1, Part 2, or both parts in their entirety. Only hardware from industry-leading manufacturers will be reviewed.

Commercial Terms & Submission Format

Suppliers must present their bids organized by line item. Every bid submission must clearly itemize the following structural parameters:

• Itemized Costing: Separate line-item breakout pricing, for each unit respectively.
• Logistics & Delivery: Clear operational lead times from receipt of official Purchase Order (PO) to physical delivery on-site.
• Warranty & SLAs: Detailed warranty lengths and support engagement definitions.
• Price Validity: Quote validity timeframe. Bids must remain active for a minimum of 60 calendar days from the close of the tender floating cycle.
