The leaders in Teaching (LITE) Ethiopia initiative is a Mastercard Foundation-supported Imagine l day, Education Development Trust and Geneva program Global. The program aims to strengthen learning outcomes implemented by and significantly increase the number of secondary school students transitioning to university, TVET, or dignified employment.

Education Development Trust (EDT) is a non-profit organization implementing the LITE program operating in Oromia and Central Ethiopia.

Education Development Trust Ethiopia invites sealed bids from all eligible and qualified bidders who are technically competent and hold valid licenses for the supply of the specified service.

Education Development Trust Ethiopia is looking for potential printing service providers to print modules for its UTE Program

Quantity, specifications, delivery places, and other details are available in the Bid document to be collected from EDT

Ethiopia program office.

Mandatory eligibility criteria:

• Renewed & Valid trade license for related items,
• Value Added Registration (VAT) certificate,
• Tax Identification certificate (TIN),
• Tax Clearance,
• Bid security bond of 1% by CPO only, which is Valid for 60 days beginning from the date of bid opening, in a separate envelope.

Bid documents can be obtained from August 24, 2026 to September 1, 2026 electronically or by collecting a hard copy from EDT Ethiopia office.

Collecting hard copy bid document by presenting relevant and renewed business license and legal delegation letter if representative of legal entity.

Hard copy bid document collection days and time:

• Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (3:00 AM to 11:00 PM local time)
•  Friday 9:00 AM-7:00 PM (3:00 AM to 1:00 PM local time)

Bid will be closed on September 2, 2026 at 10:00 PM (4:00 local time) and opened same date, on September 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM (8:00 Local time) in the presence of bidders or their legal representative at EDT office.
