ተጫራቾች በሙሉ የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ድሬዳዋ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባችኋል:: የጨረታ ዋስትና (CPO) በአካል ያላቀረበ ከውድድር ውጭ ይሆናል በተጨማሪም ከማህበራት ማደራጃ የሚቀርብ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ብር ያልተጠቀሰ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ (Key share) ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ሲስተም ላይ አታች ያላደረገ ተቀባይነት የለውም፡፡ መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው ፡፡
