ዩኒቨርሲቲው የተሻለ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን በከፊልም ሆነ በሙሉ የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡  የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ ጥቃቅን አነስተኛ ለሆኑ ከሚመለከተው መስሪያ ቤት የዋስትና ደብዳቤ ላይ የጨረታው ሎት ተጠቅሶ ጨረታው ጊዜ ከመጠናቀቁ አንድ ቀን አስቀድመው አዲስ አበባ ኮሪያ ዘማቾች ፓርክ ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው በዩኒቨርሲቲው የማስተባበሪያ ጽ/ቤት ወይም መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባሌ ሮቤ ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡.  ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት ለእያንዳንዱ የእቃ ናሙና (Item Sample) ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡  አሽናፊው ድርጅት ዕቃውን መደወላቡ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ባሌ ሮቤ ድረስ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:
