ማሳሰቢያ፡- ተጨራቾች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን online በመሙላት በተጨማሪ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ ማስከበሪያዉን ዋናዉ ግቢ በአካል ቢሮ ቁጥር 214 ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡ በጨረታዉ ላይ አለመግባባት ቢኖር በጨረታ ሰነዱ ላይ በተቀመጡ መስፈርቶች እና በፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም በመመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 ዉሳኔ የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡ ዩኒቨርሲቲዉ ጨረታዉን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ ማናኛውም ተጫራች ጨረታ ከመከፈቱ በፊት ቀደም ብሎ የጨረታ መክፈቻ ቁልፉን መላክ የሚኖርበት ሲሆን፤ ከጨረታ መክፈቻ ሰዓት በኋላ የሚላክ መክፈቻ ቁልፍ ተቀባይነት የሌለዉ መሆኑን እናሳውቃለን፡፡ ዋጋ ማሻሻያ የፌዴራል መንግሥት የግዥ አፈፃፀም መመሪያ መመሪያ ቁጥር 1073/2017 መሰረት ተግባራዊ ይደረጋል፡፡ አሽናፊው ድርጅት አገልግሎቱን በዩኒቨርሲቲው ፍላጎትና ፕሮግራም መሰረት ትዕዛዝ ሲሰጥ ማቅረብ ግዴታ አለበት:: ዩኒቨርስቲዉ ዉል የተያዘበት የግብትአት መጠን በዉል ጊዜዉ ዉስጥ ባያልቅ ግብዓቱን የመቀበል ግዴታ የለበትም፡፡
