All items must be built for heavy-duty, all-weather outdoor mining camp environments (featuring hot-dip galvanization, UV-resistant powder coating, anti-rust hardware, and heavy-gauge steel tubing) and delivered directly to the Tulu Kapi Mine Site.

3. Key Submission Requirements
- Commercial Offer: Itemized unit prices and total costs in ETB, including packaging, freight/transportation costs, applicable discounts, and 15% VAT.
- Delivery Specification: Explicit confirmation that installation and delivery will take place at the Tulu Kapi Mine License area (Gimbi Town, 40 km away, West Wellega Zone, Oromia Region).
- Technical Proposal: Complete technical datasheets, material grades, dimensions, corrosion-resistance details, renderings, and anchoring requirements for all 16 items.
- Validity & Payment: Clear statement of payment terms and a minimum offer validity of 60 calendar days from the closing date.
- Business Compliance: Valid/renewed Trade License, Commercial Registration, TIN Certificate, and VAT Registration Certificate.
