Qualification Requirements

• Debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Authority Bidder has been debarred by a decision of the Public Procurement and Property Administration Agency from participating in public procurements for breach of its obligation under previous contracts, in accordance with ITB Clause 4.4.   Reference: 4.4
• Submission of Delivery and Completion Schedule Bidder has to submit Delivery and Completion Schedule presented as per template in Section 6, Statement of Requirements Reference: 37.4 (e)
• Submission of Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts Bidder must to submit Certificates of satisfactory execution of contracts provided by contracting parties to the contracts successfully completed in the period and budget as specified in the BDS Clause 16.3በተመሳሳይ ስራ ቢያንስ ከሁለት ዓመት ያላሰነ ከመንግስት መስሪያ ቤቶች የመልካም ስራ አፈጻጸም ማቅረብ የሚችል   Reference: 37.4 (c).
• VAT registration certificate for Domestic Bidders Having been submitted VAT registration certificate issued by the tax authority (in case of contract value of Birr 100,000.00 and above) in accordance with ITB Clause 4. 6(b)(ii) Reference: 4.6(b)(ii)
• Nationality Nationality in accordance with ITB Clause 4.2.  Reference: ITB Clause 4.2
• Major relevant contracts successfully completed Bidder must to provide at least 2 years Bidder Certification of Compliance from government office information about major relevant contracts successfully completed in the number and period specified in the BDS Reference: 37.4 (b).
• Valid business license Having been submitted valid trade license or business organization registration certificate & Tin number issued by the country of establishment in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(i) Reference: 4.6(b)(i)
• Valid tax clearance certificate for Domestic Bidders Having been submitted valid tax clearance certificate issued by the tax authority (Domestic Bidders Only) in accordance with ITB Clause 4.6(b)(iii) Reference: 4.6(b)(iii)
• Submission of Description of the organization of the warranty offered Bidder has to submit Description of the organization of the warranty offered in accordance with the conditions laid down in GCC Clause 23 Reference: 37.4 (d) (ii)
• Submission of Financial Statements Bidders must present a financial statement for the year 2018 e.c, prepared by an independent auditor, showing a value of no less than 10,000,000.00 (Ten million), to enable us to assess and understand their financial activities as required in ITB Clause 15.2(a) for the period specified in Section 3, Evaluation Methodology and Criteria Reference: 15.2 (a)
