2. A complete set of bidding documents, prepared in English shall be collected commencing August 31, 2026, from the Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Department of Awash Insurance S.C., Awash Towers, 5th Floor, Addis Ababa, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 500 deposited into Awash Insurance S.C. Account No. 01151115000000.
3. Bidders shall be quite sure to provide their organization's direct telephone number, mobile number, and email address accurately when collecting the bidding documents. The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure to receive bid-related communications resulting from incorrect or incomplete contact information provided by the bidder.
4. Bidders shall submit one original and one copy of each of the technical and financial proposals separately, together with the CPO, which shall be sealed separately. All documents shall be enclosed in a large outer envelope, securely sealed with sealing wax, and deposited in the bid box provided for this purpose at the Awash Insurance S.C. Headquarters, Procurement, Logistics and Property Administration Department, Awash Towers, 5th Floor, during office hours, on or before the following deadlines:
- Lot 1 & Lot 2: September 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM
- Lot 3: September 22, 2026, at 2:00 PM
5. The technical bid opening will be held at the Meeting Hall on the 5th Floor, in the presence of bidders and/or their legally authorized representatives who wish to attend, on the following dates:
- Lot 1 & Lot 2: September 16, 2026, at 2:30 PM
- Lot 3: September 22, 2026, at 2:30 PM
6. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Procurement Logistics and Property Administration Department, Awash Insurance S.C Awash Towers, 5th floor, P.O. Box 12637, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, or through direct line, 011 557 0226/ 011 557 0001 or internal lines (173 and 333)
7. Awash Insurance S.C. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
