1.መስሪያ ቤቱ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነዉ፡፡ 2. ሁሉም ድርጅቶች ጨረታው ከተዘጋ በ 60 ደቂቃ ውስጥ ቴክኒናል ኪይ መላክ አለበት፡፡ ይህን ላላደረገ ድርጅት ቢሮው ሃላፊንቱን አይወስድም።፡ 3.እያንዳንዱ ተጫራች የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና በአካል ማቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 4.የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በአካል ያላቀረበ ተጫራች ከዉድድር ዉጭ ይሆናል፡፡
