Terms and Conditions: 1) የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዢ ቢሮ በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2) ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ከሁለት ኪሎያላነሰ ናሙና /ሳፕል በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3) ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
