  5. 1 Mechanical Engineer who have general experience of 5 years and specific experience of 3 ,Mechanical Engineer should hold minimum of BSc degree in Mechanical engineering and related field.

Specific ExperianceThe Bidder has successfully participated as a Contractor, Sub contractor and Joint Venture at least One Contract of Building Construction Project within the last Ten (10) [insert required number of years] years (2008-2017) EC, with a value of at least ETB 350,000,000 (Three Hundred fifty Million Ethiopian Birr and 00/100)[insert value of contracts], that have been successfully and substantially completed (70 % completed) that are similar to the proposed Works. Or Two contracts of Building Construction Projects with value of each not less than ETB 175,000,000 (One Hundred Seventy Five Million Ethiopian Birr and 00/100) that have been successfully and substantially completed (70 % completed). That is similar to the proposed Works.Or Three contracts of Building Construction Projects with value of each not less than ETB 117,000,000 (One Hundred Seventeen Million Ethiopian Birr and 10/100) that have been successfully and substantially completed (70 % completed). That is similar to the proposed Works.

For the experience requirements Contract agreement, Supporting evidence letter for satisfactory performance from the employer which clearly mentions the project amount & progress is mandatory and must be attached.

Each bidder Shall allowed to participate only in one lot. a bidder who participate in two lots is automatically reject ዩኒቭርስቲው ሌላ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታውን መሉ ብሙሉ ወይንም ብክፊል የመስረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ CPO ጨረታው ከመዘጋቱ ከአንድ ቀን በፊት ጎንደር ዩኒቨርስቲ ግዥ ስራ አስፈፃሚ ቢሮ ቁጥር 104 ማቅረብ አለባቸው ፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ በወቅቱ ያላቀረበ ተወዳዳሪ ከወድድር ውጭ ይሆናል ፡፡ በተጨማሪም ተወዳዳሪ ነጋዴዎች የጨረታ መክፈቻ ኪ በሲስተሙ ጨረታው ከመከፈቱ ከ1 ሰዓት በፊት መላክ አለበት ካልተላከ የድርጅቱ ጨረታ መክፈት አይቻልም:: ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅቶች በተቀመጠው ጊዜ መሰረት የሳይት ጉብኝት ማድረግ አለበቸው ከተቀመጠው ጊዜ ውጭ የሚመጣ ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የማናስተናግድ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን ፡፡ የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ዋስትና ለ120 ቀን በጎንደር ዩኒቨርስቲ ስም ተሰርቶ መቅረብ አለበት፡፡
