Terms and Conditions: 1 የጨረታ ማስከበሪያ ቢድ ቦንድ/CPO፤ የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ወልቂጤ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ግዢ ቢሮ በአካል የማቅረብ ግዴታ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 2 ተወዳዳሪ ድርጅት የጨረታው ቀን ከመጠናቀቁ አንድቀን አስቀድመው ለእያንዳንዱን እቃ ከሁለት ኪሎ ያላነሰ ናሙና /ሳፕል በአካል ማቅረብ ይኖርበታል፡፡ 3 ተቋሙ ጨረታውን በሙሉም ሆነ በከፊልም የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡
