ተጫራች የሚያቀርበው ዋጋ የአንድ እሽግ ባለ ግማሽ ሊትር ውሃ የሚጫረቱ ድርጅቶች አምራች ድርጅት/ወኪል አከፋፋይ መሆን አለባቸው፡፡ መ/ቤቱ አማራጭ ካገኘ ጨረታዉን በሙሉ ሆነ በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ ሲፒኦ ሲሰራ የመካከለኛ ቁ.1 ግብር ከፋዮች መሆን ይኖርበታል፡፡ አሸናፊ ድርጅት በየወሩ በመስሪያቤቱ ፍላጎት መሰረት መካኒሳ ከፍያለው ጋሪ በራሱ ወጪ ያቀርባለ፡፡
