Ija Developer has secured a budget for the procurement of hiring Procurement of Restaurant Lease Service at Ija Boku Natural Steam found on the road of Adama to Asela town at 3km far from Adama town in Boku area.

Ija Developer invites Eligible and Qualified bidders to participate in an open competitive bid for the lease and operation of the Restaurant located at Ija Boku Natural Steam.

1. Hence, interested bidders who can fulfill the following required legal criteria can participate on the bid:

A. Have a valid VAT Registration Certificate

B. Have a valid Tax clearance Certificate

C. Have a valid TIN certificate

D. Demonstrate relevant previous experience in Restaurant or hospitality Services.

E. Have a renewed and valid Business License appropriate for restaurant, food and beverage services

F. Other related documents

2. Obligatory to provide bid security of Birr 20,000.00 (Twenty thousand) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee in the name of 'Ija Developer'.

3. Bidders shall deliver bid documents to Ija Developer, 3rd floor on or before Wednesday September 16, 2026 @ 2:30PM (06/01/2019 @ 8:30LT). Bids submitted after this deadline will not be accepted. The bid shall be opened on September 16, 2026 @ 3:00 PM at IJA Hall (Finfinne) and Boku Natural steam Adama office in the presence of the Bidders or their representatives.

4. A complete set of bidding documents in English can be purchased from the above office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of birr 200.00 (Two Hundred) from either Ija Developer Head office (0967444333/0973999977) found at Bole sub-city or Ija Boku Natural steam found at Adama town (0967333555) address indicated below.
