The Somali Regional State Education Bureau invites sealed bids for the procurement of Cloud storage and Hosting Services.

Invitation for Bids (IFB)

1.The Somali Regional State Education Bureau invites sealed bid for qualified eligible bidders.

Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB) and is open to all interested eligible bidders. Bid Evaluation Shall being determined in accordance with the provision indicated in the Bid Documents.

All bids must be accompanied by a bid security 2% (Two Percent) of bid price in the form of CPO or bank guarantee, Insurance Bond is not acceptable and valid for a period of 60 days after bid opening.

2. Bids shall be submitted to the under mentioned addresses end of this letter comprising in two envelop separate technical Original and copy and financial Original and copy offers.

3. Bidders are required to present official application letter, Renewed Trade License valid for 2019 EC, Tax Payers Registration Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate and Supplier list Certificate.

4. Bid must be delivered to Somali Regional State Education Bureau at or before 9:30 A.M,(east) after 15 calendar days from the date of announcement on the Ethiopian Newspapers. Late bids will be rejected.

5. complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased directly from Somali Regional state Education Bureau, Procurement and Logistics Department Room, No. 04, upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Eth. Birr 1000.00(One Thousand) by interested bidders on submission of a written application.
