2. Interested and eligible bidders are invited to purchase and download the bidding document via the Bank's SAP Ariba System to access the bidding document by having paid Non- refundable fee ETB 500.00 (Birr Five Hundred only) for each bid starting from September 7, 2026.

3. All interested bidders should be registered on the Bank's supplier list data base system via https://dashenbanksc.com/sap-ariba-supplier-registration/.

4. Copy of renewed and valid Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate and TIN Certificate are required while submitting the bid document.

5. Bidders must present a bid security in the form of unconditional & irrevocable Bank Guarantee or cashier's payment order (CPO) at least valid for 120 days upon submission of proposal or offer. At the same time, the bid validity shall be 90 days.

6. Bid Proposal Submission- the bid proposal shall be submitted through the Bank's online system electronically before or on September 18, 2026up to 5:00 PM, Afternoon.

7. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives as follows:

Tentatively September 19, 2026@ 10:00 A.M Morning via SAP Arriba System.

8. Failure to comply with any of the conditions stated above from 3 to 5 shall result in automatic rejection.

9. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject the bid either partially or fully.
