Invitation to Bidders

Zobel Aluminum Works and Import would like to invite interested and eligible bidders for purchase of biometric attendance machine and system implementation services. The purpose of the consultancy service is to develop an integrated biometric time attendance and payroll management system. The consultant shall have experience in providing of biometric device system Integration, analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, training, data migration and related activities.

1. Bidders who engaged in the sector shall present renewed trade license, VAT certificate, trade registration certificate, current tax clearance certificates (if available), and TIN certificate. ult

2. The bid shall be valid for the period of 30 days after the bid closing date.

3. The bidder shall submit two sealed envelope bidding documents. These two documents include technical and financial documents. The bid security must be sealed, and signed separately.

4. Technical proposal including detail activities, machine model/type, deliverable, timeline, services that will be provided, integration with ERP system, training support and other after sales service.

5. Timeline for each activity.

6. Recommendation letters from manufacturing industries for similar services.

7. The required Bid Security shall be 3% (Three Percent) of the Total Bid Price, with a validity period of 120 days from the bid submission deadline, and must be submitted in the form of a Bank CPO or Bank Guarantee.

8. Zoble Aluminum Works and Import reserves the right to accept or reject the bids partially or totally.
