  • Lot2:- Sanitary materials.
  • Lot3:- Electronics & accessory.
  • Lot4:- Office Furniture.
  • Lot5:- Safety shoes

Financial & Submission Requirements

  • Bid Document Fee: ETB 200.00 (non-refundable) per lot.
  • Submission Format: Technical and Financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.

Mandatory Eligibility Documents:

  • Renewed Trade License
  • Tax Clearance Certificate
  • VAT Registration Certificate

Bid Security (CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee)

  • Lot 1 (Stationery): ETB 50,000.00
  • Lot 2 (Sanitary): ETB 20,000.00
  • Lot 3 (Electronics & Accessories): ETB 100,000.00
  • Lot 4 (Office Furniture): ETB 50,000.00
  • Lot 5 (Safety shoes); ETB 10,000.00

Validity Period: Minimum of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
