Medecins Sans Frontres Belgium (MSF-OCB) invites qualified and experienced suppliers to submit bids for the supply, installation, testing commissioning, and training related to the following projects

Project Scope

1. Emergency block_Alamata Generator Hospital Inverter charger and battery backup system
2. NICU Ward-Alamata Generator Hospital Inverter charger and battery backup system
3. Maternity Ward-Generator Alamata Hospital Inverter charger and battery backup system.
4. Merewa Health Center Alamata Town,

Solarization of the health centre, approximately 50 km from Detailed tender documents and technical specifications are available upon request.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

Interested bidders must have:

• Valid business/trade license, VAT registration and TIN certificate.
• Demonstrated experience in solar PV, inverter charger and battery backup system supply and installation.
• At least three (3) client references/testimonies for similar projects, with each project valued at ETB 2 million or above.
• Technical and Financial Capacity to undertake supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training and after-sales technical support
